Become a CareAgent!
Here at The Outpost Church we call all our volunteers CareAgents because they are people on a mission to help others within our church and community to find and know God in a variety of ways.
We know that God is doing big things at our church, but we also know we can't do it alone. We need passionate people who are willing to serve on the team at least once a month.

Areas of Service:

Set up/Tear Down Team: Set Up / Tear Down team members create an inviting space between the parking lot to the lobby and throughout the church. This is the easiest way to get involved and we would love to have your help - many hands make light work!

Greeter: Greeters are stationed by doors and the cafe to make people feel welcomed and know where to go. If you have a warm smile and a firm handshake, we want you!

Production: Production helps with audio/visual, recordings, presentations, and lights. All the training you need to succeed will be provided, so if you are interested but have no experience, don’t be intimidated! We would love to help you grow in this area!

Photography: Photographers capture all the fun and important moments around our church, events, and gatherings. Professional photographers are welcomed, but even if you’re a beginner we have mentors who can help and train!

Communications: Communications help with newsletters, social media posts, slide decks, on-stage announcements, the website and materials for Sunday services.

Worship Team: Worship team members lead our church in the praise and adoration of God. If you love singing or playing an instrument, let us know!

Adventure Kids: Adventure Kids team members help in our Sunday morning children's ministry with registration, nursery, games, crafts, lessons, and more! Let us know what you’re comfortable with and we would love to get you connected. Note: A background check is required for all Adventure Kids team members.

Outpost Outreach: Our Outpost Outreach team is in charge of all of our church and community events. They help put on our Easter Sunday service, Christmas service, Potlucks, community chili feeds, Community garden projects, community picnics and BBQs, family movie nights and more! If you like putting on events, or helping with them, this is the job for you! Let us know you're interested and we'll plug you into spots where you're most passionate about!
